All your advertising and sales, in one place.
Brand Vault connects the ad platforms and the online store a business already uses, shows what the advertising actually returns in real orders, and generates on-brand ad creatives from the brand's own assets.
Every channel, real orders, one view.
Numbers you can act on, and the creatives to act with.
One dashboard for every channel
Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and TikTok side by side: spend, impressions, clicks and the conversions each platform reports.
Real orders, not platform claims
Shopify orders are matched to the ads that drove them, so return on ad spend is measured in money that actually reached the store.
Decision-ready metrics
ROAS, MER, break-even by gross margin, and a before/after analysis of every budget change — so you know what the extra money bought.
On-brand creatives
Generate ad images from the brand's own logo, colours and product photos, then launch them to Meta directly from the workspace.
How Brand Vault uses your Google Ads account
When a workspace manager connects Google Ads, Brand Vault asks for the Google Ads API permission (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) through Google's standard sign-in — the only scope the Google Ads API offers. Brand Vault uses it read-only: it never creates, edits, pauses or deletes anything in your Google Ads account. With that permission it:
- Lists the Google Ads accounts the signed-in user can access, so they choose which one to connect.
- Reads campaign, ad group and ad names and statuses, and daily performance — spend, impressions, clicks, conversions — and stores them so the dashboard can show trends over time.
- Compares that performance with real orders from the connected store, so return on ad spend is measured in money that actually arrived.
Your data stays yours
Google Ads data is used only to show that account's performance inside the workspace it was connected to. It is never shared with other workspaces, never sold, and never used for advertising of our own.
Brand Vault's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoke access any time by disconnecting in Brand Vault or from Google Account permissions.
Questions, answered.
What is Brand Vault?
A private marketing workspace for a business. It connects the advertising accounts and the Shopify store the business already runs, shows advertising performance measured against real orders, and generates ad creatives from the brand's own assets.
How do I get access?
Brand Vault is invitation-only. Second Oak sets up a workspace for your business and invites you by email. From there you decide which of your colleagues can view, edit, or manage connections. Request access.
Which platforms can I connect?
Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Microsoft Advertising, TikTok Ads and Shopify. Each is connected with the platform's own sign-in — Brand Vault never asks for your passwords.
What exactly does Brand Vault read from my Google Ads account?
Campaign, ad group and ad names and statuses, plus daily spend, impressions, clicks and conversions — read-only. It does not read billing details and never creates, edits, pauses or deletes anything in your account. See how Brand Vault uses your Google Ads account.
Is my data shared with anyone?
No. Workspaces are isolated from one another, data is never sold, and it is never used for advertising of our own. It is hosted with our infrastructure providers (Supabase for the database) solely to run the service. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
How do I disconnect or revoke access?
Click Disconnect on the platform card in Brand Vault — the stored token is deleted immediately. You can also revoke from the platform itself: Google Account permissions, Meta Business settings, or Shopify admin. To delete an entire workspace, email us.
Who builds and operates Brand Vault?
Second Oak AB, a small product design and development studio in Sweden. Contact: simon@secondoak.se.
